DESCRIPTION:Spoštovane kolegice in kolegi\, \nna področju zdravljenja ginekoloških rakov smo priča nenehnemu napredku\, ki številnim onkološkim bolnicam omogoča daljše in kakovostnejše življenje. Kljub uspehom pri obvladovanju osnovne bolezni pa se bolnice pogosto soočajo s kompleksnimi in dolgotrajnimi posledicami\, ki pomembno vplivajo na njihovo telesno\, duševno in socialno zdravje.V tem kontekstu se pojavlja vprašanje: Ali rehabilitacija ginekološko onkoloških bolnic v zadostni meri naslavlja vse vidike njihovega okrevanja in resnično skrbi za celostno rehabilitacijo\, ali pa se naša prizadevanja osredotočajo zgolj na fizično okrevanje?Izkušnje kažejo\, da je pot do ponovne vzpostavitve polnega in kakovostnega življenja po zdravljenju ginekoloških rakov zaznamovana s številnimi izzivi. DESCRIPTION:This webinar will explore the evolving landscape of oncogenetics with a focus on genetic testing and its role in cancer risk assessment\, prevention\, and personalized care in gynecologic oncology. Experts will discuss the latest advances in genetic screening\, including the clinical application of BRCA and Lynch syndrome testing\, as well as the emergence of new preventive testing kits now available on the market. A special emphasis will be placed on the gynecologic implications of Lynch syndrome\, particularly the elevated risks for endometrial and ovarian cancers and the strategies for risk-reducing management. DESCRIPTION:Spoštovane kolegice in kolegi\, medicinske sestre in drugi sodelavci\, \nprisrčno vabljeni na že tradicionalni Spominski sestanek akad. prof. dr.\nLidije Andolšek-Jeras\, ki je letos že XVII. po vrsti in se bo odvijal\n28.11.2025 v Dvorani Domus Medica v Ljubljani. \nLetošnji sestanek nosi naslov: Rak in reproduktivno zdravje.\nOrganizatorji dogodka so Slovensko združenje za reproduktivno medicino –\nSZD\, Klinični oddelek za reprodukcijo Ginekološke klinike UKC Ljubljana\nin Oddelek za reproduktivno medicino in ginekološko endokrinologijo\nKlinike za ginekologijo in perinatologijo\, UKC Maribor. Seminar je\nnamenjen specialistom in specializantom ginekologije in porodništva in\npovezanih strok ter drugim zdravstvenim delavcem. Aktivnosti za\npridobivanje licenčnih točk potekajo tako pri Zdravniški zbornici\nSlovenije\, kot pri Zbornici zdravstvene in babiške nege Slovenije –\nZvezi strokovnih društev medicinskih sester\, babic in zdravstvenih\ntehnikov Slovenije. \nNa sestanku bomo obravnavali izjemno aktualno temo. Veliko posameznikov\nzboli za rakom v otroštvu\, mladosti in reproduktivnem obdobju. Zaradi\nučinkovitega onkološkega zdravljenja večina bolnikov dočaka obdobje\, ko\nsi želi ustvariti družino. Žal pa ima zdravljenje raka pogosto za\nposledico zmanjšano plodnost ali izgubo plodnosti. Na sestanku bomo\nobravnavali najpogostejše rakave bolezni\, ki se pojavijo v teh\nživljenjskih obdobjih in možnosti za ohranitev plodnosti pri posameznih\nboleznih.
