DESCRIPTION:Spoštovani! \nV Slovenskem menopavznem društvu in Združenju za ambulantno ginekologijo skrbimo za ohranjanje in nadgradnjo strokovnega znanja\, zato tudi letos nadaljujemo s tradicijo prirejanja izobraževanj. \n\nLetošnja jubilejna 10. šola reproduktivnega zdravja žensk 2024 bo ponovno organizirana v štirih terminih\, z namenom\, da si lahko vsak udeleženec izbere datum\, ki mu osebno najbolj ustreza. Ker pa smo nekoliko že spoznali zakonitosti Covid -19\, smo se odločili\, da tudi letos ponudimo kombiniran model šole. V obdobjih\, ko predvidoma ni vrhov okužb\, bomo izvedli termine šole v živo\, ostale termine pa spletno. \nSpomladanska termina sta: sreda\, 13. marca (spletno) in torek\, 23. aprila 2024 (v živo\, na Zdravniški zbornici Slovenije v Ljubljani). \n\n\nPrijave bomo sprejemali: \n\nza 1. termin šole do vključno 6. marca\,\nza 2. termin šole do vključno 16. aprila.\n\nPo teh datumih prijave ne bodo več možne. \nKotizacija znaša 90 Eur (DDV vključen)\, upokojenci in specializanti so oproščeni. SUMMARY:Malo mešano – Moški so z Venere\, ženske so z Marsa
DESCRIPTION:Tokrat smo naš po raznolikosti tem najbolj pester kongres Malo mešano postavili na začetek kongresne sezone. Čeprav šef kuhinje ostajam isti (za tiste brez predznanja\, tradicionalen naslov tega skoraj vsakoletnega kongresa je Malo mešano na način šefa kuhinje)\, smo tokrat kulinarične teme zamenjali s seksualnimi. Se pravi\, veliko bo govora o zdravstvenih težav obeh spolov in zaradi mene\, lahko tudi tistih vmes in izven tako imenovanega cis-spolnega razvrščanja. Kar pomeni\, da bodo predavatelji predstavili najpogostejše ginekološke in urološke težave od tistih pri otrocih in mladostnikih\, do onih\, ki nam popestrijo zrela leta. Od tu tudi podnaslov kongresa. Kar se vlog planetov tiče\, smo se pa malo poigrali\, pa razumite to kot naš prispevek k feminizmu\, ali v razmislek o vlogi hormonskih motilcev v našem okolju. \nKer v letošnjem letu ne načrtujemo posebnega nevrološkega kongresa\, vam bomo nekaj tem s tega področja\, tudi tistih\, silno revolucionarnih\, ponudili tokrat. Malo več prostora smo namenili tudi novostim na področju prepoznave\, predvsem pa zdravljenja nekaterih drugih redkih bolezni. In še malo alergijam\, atopijam – kruhu našem vsakdanjem. \nDa si najbolj impozanten parni organ ženskega telesa\, dojka\, zasluži podroben pregled tako s funkcionalne kot z zdravstvene in estetske plati\, se razume. Že kot dojenčki jih imamo radi. \nČisto za konec pa tema\, s katero se žal (pre)pogosto srečamo\, pa se zdravniki ob njej ne znajdemo najbolje. Na vašo željo\, zelo praktično uporabna navodila\, kaj moramo zdravniki storiti (tudi na kaj biti pozorni pri pregledu\, dokumentaciji) ob sumu na spolno zlorabo. \nPridružite se nam!

SUMMARY:2D & 3D FETAL ULTRASOUND: New Horizons
DESCRIPTION:Join us for the LIVE Course from Prof. Chaoui and Dr. Benoit dedicated to the 2D and 3D Fetal Ultrasound. Dates – 1st and 2d of March\, 2024. Location – Warsaw\, Poland. Registration is now open! \nThe scientific program of this new Course from world-known “ultrasound titans” is divided into two days. \nOn the first day the speakers will focus on the practical „How to do 3D“\, including how to acquire a volume dataset\, then navigate and render and manipulate the volume. Live demonstrations of the ultrasound machine complete the theoretical part. \nThe second day will show the new horizons of fetal ultrasound today integrating high-resolution 2D\, color Doppler\, and 3D in demonstrating normal anatomy and common and rare anomalies. The content will include the dedicated examination of the brain from 7 to 40 weeks including normal and abnormal findings. The examination of the gastrointestinal and genitourinary tract will be discussed and cases demonstrated in 2D and 3D. Normal anatomy and anomalies of the fetal heart and the skeletal system will be presented and cases demonstrated on the ultrasound system. \nThe combination of different hints may lead to the suspicion of syndromic conditions\, which are illustrated with common and rare syndromes. In addition\, it is time to discuss the scanning techniques today\, the role of guidelines\, human mistakes\, and the potential role of artificial intelligence in prenatal ultrasound to be better prepared for its use in the future.
